The Shannon Lake Neighbourhood Association (SLNA) is pleased to invite all residents to attend our upcoming Meet & Greet on Wednesday, April 15th at 7:00 PM, taking place at the Lions Community Centre (2466 Main Street, West Kelowna).
This community-focused event is a great opportunity to connect with your neighbours, stay informed, and engage directly with local leaders and organizations. Invited guests include Mayor Milsom and members of City Council, CAO Ron Bowles, RCMP Staff Sergeant Dolan, MLA Macklin McCall, and BC Hydro’s West Kelowna Project team.
If you have concerns or questions about the BC Hydro project and its potential impact on our neighbourhood, this is an important opportunity to attend. The project team will be present specifically to provide information and answer your questions.
It is also a great opportunity to ask city council and staff and our local policing about issues affecting our neighbourhood.
In addition, the SLNA will share updates on recent neighbourhood initiatives and projects, along with ways residents can stay involved and help shape the future of our community.
If you have not already done so, we encourage residents to continue to support the SLNA by renewing their membership or becoming a member at:www.shannonlake.org/join-us
Donations are always appreciated and help us better advocate for and serve the residents of our neighbourhood. E-transfers can be sent to:slna.org@outlook.com
We look forward to seeing you there and continuing to build a strong, connected Shannon Lake community.
