Shannon Lake Neighbourhood Update - March 29th, 2023

NEIGHBOURHOOD UPDATE - COMPLETION OF SHANNON LAKE ROAD CONSTRUCTION ADJACENT TO WEST 61

"Unfortunately, [The Okanagan] had an early snowfall last November that stuck around and delayed the completion of the pavement on Shannon Lake Road as the asphalt plants shut down earlier than typical. This impacted many projects throughout the Okanagan, not just [the City of West Kelowna]. The asphalt plants have remained closed since and are scheduled to open again start of April. The paving of Shannon Lake Road is tentatively scheduled for mid-April pending weather of course." - Allen Fillion, Director of Engineering & Operations
